Teamwork is a big thing for me. In 2008 when I was a freshmen in high school, we made it to states. Everyone already had the final rankings out on who was going to win and made it sound like we had no chance at all. We pulled it together unleashed our power and won states by two points. This is an example of how a team can work together and achieve any goals they make.
The certificate to the left is one I received following my 2008 cross country season. This certificate is a great example of teamwork because in order to win all our conference and invitational meets, each member of the team must be willing to run hard to push for a top five spot on the team, which combines for a total score. Our teamwork showed throughout the season as we were able to win our conference, region, and eventually the State Championship.
